    Like Detroit is Better? and No I can't see Russia, the Continent's tallest mountain is in the way. But I did see it from a plane today, does that count?

    hey we don't 'live' in Detroit! Just outside of it! :) That is cool you saw it from a plane! I found this website that shows you the view from the island litle Dobler? or something like that, that shows the view of Russia from Alaska! Pretty cool!

    Little Diomede Island on Google Maps


    The island to the left is Big Diomede Island (Russia). The island to the right is Little Diomede (US.AK). So in essence Russia is closer than Cuba.
